3. Check the oil level height of the pneumatic triple joint, which should be approximately 2/3 of the entire oil pipe height. Every day, the water and steam in the pneumatic triple filter oil tank are discharged through the drainage switch.

4. Check the air pressure, loosen the adjustment knob, turn right to increase pressure, and turn left to decrease pressure according to the principle of adjusting pressure, generally set at 5-7KG/CM2. The pressure switch is usually set to 5KG/CM2. When it is lower than 5KG/CM2, an alarm will sound, and the system will display an error message; LOW URE PRESSURE” Alarm: After the pressure rises, the alarm information disappears.

5. Check if the air blowing function of the inner cone hole of the spindle is normal. Use a clean cotton cloth to wipe the inner cone hole of the spindle and spray light oil.
